I just finish watching this drama online. SCV actually still showing now but I wanted to see the ending quickly so I watched online. I quite like this version of 'Boys Before Flowers' series. Although I prefer the Japanese version one. Even my dad will watch it too when I watch it on SCV. But too bad it was only in Korea Dubbed.


This series doesn't really follow the sequence from the comic book. And all events happen quite logically. And they got change some part of the story different from the comic. Example, Jan Di get to enroll ShinHwa High is because she had save a life of a student from there instead of her parents earned money to get her enroll in the school. Another example is when Jan Di and Ji Hoo are forced to be expel from school by Jun Pyo, Jun Pyo’s Elder Sis, Joon Hee decided to let them have a competition, if Jan Di’s group wins, she and Ji Hoon will not get expel whereas if Jun Pyo’s groups win, Jan Di and Ji Hoo will get expel. The different of the part is they get to competitor in 3 rounds whereas the comic is based on basketball only.


This series not only focus more on Jan Di and Jun Pyo but also more focus on Yi Jung and Ga Eul. I like the part where Yi Jung always look out for Ga Eul. =) And it also focus more on Ji Hoo and Yi Jung’s family stories. But Woo Bin’s story didn’t focus much at all. Anyway the soundtrack is not bad too. Hee


Ok the story is about a dry cleaning high school girl, Jan Di (JD) went to deliver uniform to ShinHwa High. There she saves a student from commit suicide. Because of this incident, JD becomes famous in overnight. As this is the cause from Jun Pyo (JP), his mother, Kang Hee Soo (HS) afraid this will ruin the JP’s future, ask her assistant to solve. The assistant solve the problem by enrolling JD to study in the school so that it can prevent the paparazzi from harass her.


JD accidentally offence JP one day and he decided JD will be the next one to have the Red Note put in her cabinet. When JD proved to be able to endure all the bullies, JP begins to fall for her. But at first JD didn’t have any feeling for JP as she first falls in love with Ji Hoon (JI). But she gave up when she realized that JH already had someone in her mind. Later on, when JD and JP start dating, many things happened and thus, theiAr love for each other kept interrupt by HS.


Will JD and JP get together in the end or will JD end up with JH? Will GE and YJ Get together too? Well you can watch it at SCV, online or buy the series when it is available. But anyway our local TV Channel U will be broadcasting this show on TV soon. Hooray, it means that it got Mandarin Dubbed which my Dad can watch it again. Haa!
